SQUASH NORTHLAND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice of Meeting

7.00pm, Tuesday March 29, 2022

The Squash Northland 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at Sports House, ASB Leisure Centre, Kensington Park, Whangarei on Tuesday 29 March 2022 at 7.00pm.

REMITS

Member Clubs wishing to place a remit or motion shall submit these no later than 5pm Tuesday 8 March 2022.

NOMINATIONS

Nominations are invited for the following positions for 2022:

Management Committee:

President

Vice-President

Treasurer

Coaching Development

Junior Convenor

Masters Convenor

Nominations may only come from Member Clubs, and nominees must be current financial or life members of an affiliated squash club.

Nominations must be submitted by Member Clubs in writing on the official nomination form to reach the office of Squash Northland no later than 5pm Tuesday 8 March 2022.  To obtain a nomination form email admin@squashnorthland.co.nz

MEETING AGENDA

The Agenda, and the notices of motion or remits will be forwarded to all Member Clubs on or before Tuesday 15 March 2022.

ATTENDANCE

Member Clubs are asked to forward the names of the delegates attending by Tuesday 22 March 2022.

ANNUAL REPORT

This will be circulated to Member Clubs at the Annual General Meeting.
