Whangarei Ladies win D Grade SuperChamps!

Congratulations to the Whangarei D Grade Ladies!

The Whangarei womens team WON the D Grade National SuperChamps which was held at the Whangarei Squash Club.  The team of Megan Turner, Jordyn Chapman, Brylee Chapman, Robyn Hammann, Liz Seaton and Julie Tulia were the 8th seeded team so a fantastic result. The  Mangakahia D Grade ladies also had a great tournament, placing 3rd, with the Kamo D Grade men placing a credible 4th and Manaia men having a win on the last day to make 7th place.

Meanwhile down in Whakatane, the Whangarei B Grade ladies had a couple of good wins to place 5th, while the mens B Grade team had a win on the final day to place 7th.
The E grade Mangakahia guys in Tawa also had a great tournament and ended up placing 4th, upsetting some higher seeded teams along the way.

Well done to the Whangarei Squash Club on hosting a very successful D Grade SuperChamps national finals event.
