Congratulations to all the winners on the night and to all those who were nominated by their clubs for awards.
The 2016 Squash Northland Awards evening was held on Friday night at A’fare Restaurant to celebrate our very successful squash season.
Congratulations to all the winners on the night and to all those who were nominated by their clubs for awards.
We would like to thank John Dykzeul, once again our MC for the evening, Alan Bee, our photographer, our guest speaker Carol Owens, former World No 1 player who gave an interesting and entertaining talk about her time on the world squash circuit and Finn Trimble who gave us a bit of an insight on the World Junior Championships he attended recently in Poland.
Awards and trophies were given to the interclub winners, Residential winners, Northland Junior, Master and Open champions and the National Champion of Champion winners.
