NZ Inter-District Teams event

The Northland Senior Womens team has finished in 5th place and the Mens team finished 8th at the NZ Inter-District Teams event held this week in Christchurch.

The women were unlucky not to make the final, with the games tied at 2-2 against Bay of Plenty it came down to a points countback with the Bay taking it 125 – 121 points.

Canterbury won the mens over Wellington and Waikato beat Bay of Plenty to take the womens title.
