Superchamps Eliminations 2015

Northland had 9 teams competing in the 2015 district eliminations - C Grade mens and ladies, D grade mens and E grade mens and these play offs were held at the Kamo Squash Club last weekend.

Northland had 9 teams competing in the 2015 district eliminations  –  C Grade mens and ladies, D grade mens and E grade mens and these play offs were held at the Kamo Squash Club last weekend.

With the stakes high there was some great squash played and after some closely fought battles our district winners were found:

C Grade Mens – winner Mangakahia (beat Manaia)

C Grade Ladies – winner Kaitaia (beat Manaia)

D Grade Mens – winner Dargaville (beat Whangarei)

E Grade Mens – winner Kamo (beat Manaia and Mid-Western).

Kamo’s F Grade Ladies and Whangarei B Grade ladies, who were both uncontested, will also go their Superchamp finals.

The National Superchamp events are held in mid September in various clubs around New Zealand and once again Northland hopes to come back with some more titles.  Last year Northland came home with 2 National titles, the Ladies D grade (Manaia) and Ladies E grade (Maungaturoto) titles.
